FROM NORD :

Take the motorway A1 (toll payable) as far as FIRENZE CERTOSA ; take the ring road for FIRENZE SIENA exit at SIENA SOUTH - continue south on the SS2 CASSIA in the direction of ROMA for 25 km since BUONCONVENTO . When you arrive in BUONCONVENTO , turn LEFT in the second street (near the large orange building "the Consorzio Agrario" ). Cross over the level railway crossing. Straight on about 3 km. PIEVE A SALTI is signposted on your left.

FROM SOUTH :

Take the motorway A1 (ROME FLORENCE) and exit: CHIUSI - CHIANCIANO .
Arrive to CHIANCIANO and continue towards La Foce , Pienza , S.Quirico , then join the Cassia SS2 road in the Siena direction. This road takes you directly into Buonconvento. - at the village go past. A few modern factories and the Shell petrol station - turn right immediately. After Shell - cross over the rail track, and continue as described above.
